Service Description
You've formed a LLC or Corporation, now what do you do? Do you have questions about your recently formed LLC or Corporation? Do you need to form a corporation and would like to understand your options? Have you received IRS letters and have no idea what to do next? If any of the above situations apply to you or you just need to pick the brain of a Tax Professional / Business Consultant, please book a consultation. **If consultation leads to additional paid service, the fee will be applied.
Cancellation Policy
Consultations are $150 for the first 30 mins and $100 for each additional 30mins. We take a deposit of $150 upfront. If the consultation leads to a paid service (on the date thereof) the $150 will be applied towards that service. We charge $50 for cancellations and/or NO Shows.
